Welcome to the Change Management forum for sharing your feedback and experience of applying the NECE training in your work place.

We all look forward to reading and sharing your comments.


The objective of this series of courses is to add to the Change Management Skills and knowledge of participants and enhance other skills in related areas.

Participants will hopefully: 

  • have a deeper understanding of the need for and effects of change in organisations
  • have a clear understanding of the change agent  role and the process of enabling change
  • be able to effectively communicate reasoned and convincing business cases designed to support decision making towards improvements/change
  • know how to develop support and commitment from team members, stakeholders and allies
  • be able to use a range of techniques to support others through change
  • have a head start in managing projects and using some project management techniques
  • have knowledge about team and organisational dynamics in response to change
  • know some of the pitfalls of engendering change
  • have better awareness of the competencies and styles required to be successful at managing and encouraging change
  • have an action plan related to their role in the change process
